These are amazing, I have struggled with sleep for years and after taking one of these in the evenings I fall asleep easily and sleep through the night. I highly recommend these.

these gummies are DELICIOUS like candy and i love not having to cut them down to the right dose. however they had almost zero effect on my sleep (this is the reason i take gummies at all), which is unfortunate. the ones with the best effect are the live rosin ones, but i hate the flavor. but sleep is more important (i have RAGING insomnia). i also couldn’t find them in the smaller size. even though the smaller ones are way more expensive per gram than the big ones, sometimes i only have $20 and not $50 - that’s why i tried these. hope this all makes sense.
