This is the most effective pain relief I’ve had for my knees and muscles after a hard workout. Very helpful for my chronic knee pain. I also use it for my back pain issues. I I’ve the smell of the ointment as well, especially if I have a stuffy nose from allergies (menthol smell, a little side bonus 😝).
