I mostly focus on unwinding, things I use at the end of the day and had been using gummies with d9 to help lead me into sleep. But I often times have to eat it early enough so that I've moved past the "peak" to get good rest. I think these nano delivered THC work perfectly, because I can time it so the day is over, dinner with the kids, and then I can mix this into a drink and settle down for the night. It's not overpowering, it wears off about the time I'm ready to sleep, so perfect for my routine much like the Agave syrup. Sidenote: I am a cautious person and took a half dose to start, and I will say the powder did not do well by itself in a little glass over 2 nights, as in it had formed into a solid chunk, so I would say leave it in the packet and fold it if you do the same as I!

I love this product. My only request is to make a 25 mg per serving version for those of us who might want 2 or 3 sticks at a time. I did not like how it tasted in regular water, it was not good. But it tasted a lot better in vitamin water zero sugar açaí blueberry pomegranate.

These are fanfriggintastic. I added one to my sweet tea and there was no additional noticeable flavor. It was a little clumpy in the package, so it took some stirring to get it dissolved. I will be keeping these on hand, for sure.
