Didn't care for the taste at first, so I just mixed it with something the rest of the time. I like that this has a slow crawl and isn't a sudden high like the flower is, within about 10 to 15 minutes I was feelin chill after getting my medical treatments. It helped with the nausau I get... Described really well in most of the reviews. It isn't super potent, but does come on fast and sticks around great. I used it with my morning coffee to relax before the kids wake up. I stick to the lower doseages with most products, as I dislike the strong high feel, and so this nails that.
