When I first opened this I took a tablespoon and the effects came rolling in. This is perfect before work. I was comfortable and relaxed, but still focused and not groggy. I have since added this to tea, drizzled over a muffin for breakfast, put it on desserts, and it tastes good so putting on spoon and eating by itself if never out of the question.
