I put two sticks in a glass of cranberry grape juice. Didn't even have to stir. Simply swirled it around and it dissolved perfectly. The effects haven't kicked in yet because I only took it a few minutes ago. Knowing about all the other products I buy from HH that do well for me, I'm pretty sure this will be no different.
