I tried this for the first time after a shitty day at work. I wasn't expecting much of anything, but I felt really peaceful and all of the stress lifted. I thought hey, that was awesome, let's see if it works at work. Mellow but alert. It was perfect. The inanity of work bullshit rolled off my shoulders while still responding to the tasks at hand. I felt like the best worker persona of myself. Chill and productive. I did get irritated by the bullshit of my job in the afternoon however.
