Perfect for celebrating Mother's Day or warding off the Sunday scaries, these THC-infused dishes are easy to make with any of our THC syrups or THC lemonades.

1. THC Lemonade Mimosas

What's brunch without some mimosas? We're not sure, but with this super-easy recipe, you'll have a booze-free alternative (or something to sip on while you cook).

Ingredients

Directions

  • Fill half of a champagne flute with THC lemonade
  • Pour orange juice on top

2. THC Agave Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of Natural THC Agave Syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of maple extract

Directions

  1. Pour Natural THC Agave Syrup into a bowl
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of maple extract
  3. Whisk around until mixed thoroughly
  4. Lightly taste-test to see if you need more maple extract
Pour on your choice of dish and enjoy!

3. THC Carmelized Maple Bacon

Bacon with THC on it—does life get any better than that? Can it get any better than that? Find out with the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • THC Agave Maple Syrup
  • 1 ¼ cups of brown sugar
  • ½  teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1lb of sliced bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Prepare your THC Agave Maple Syrup (see recipe above)
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
  4. Dip bacon slices into the cinnamon sugar mix
  5. Arrange bacon slices on a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 4 minutes
  7. Flip bacon
  8. Bake for 4 more minutes
  9. Allow the bacon to cool
  10. Brush THC Agave Maple Syrup on the bacon
Serve and enjoy!

4. THC Cinnamon Rolls

Nothing says, "I care about you" more than a tray of warm, gooey cinnamon rolls. So if baking is your game, you'll want to break this recipe out for your cannabis-infused brunch.

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • â…”  cups whole milk

Filling Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Frosting Ingredients

  • 4 oz Natural THC Agave Syrup (comes out to ~22mg per roll)
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F
  2. Coat a baking dish with one tablespoon of melted butter
Dough
  1. Whisk together flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a white bowl
  2. Mix in 3 tablespoons of room-temperature butter
  3. Whisk milk into the mixture until a dough forms
  4. Place the dough on a floured surface
  5. Roll dough into a 10x10-inch square
  6. Brush the square with 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Filling
  1. Whisk 1/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl
  2. Sprinkle the mixture onto the buttered dough
  3. Roll the dough square into a "log."
  4. Cut the dough into 1-inch-wide rolls
  5. Place rolls in a baking dish, cut-side up
  6. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes (until lightly golden)
Frosting
  1. Beat Natural THC Agave Syrup, confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla extract, and cream cheese into a bowl
  2. Top the hot rolls with the frosting

5. THC Yogurt Parfait

Bacon and cinnamon rolls make for a decadent brunch spread, but if you're looking for something on the "lighter" side, we've got you covered with this THC Yogurt Parfait (that you can even prepare the night before).

Ingredients

  • Natural THC Agave Syrup (6 tablespoons, ~15mg per cup)
  • 32 ounces of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups raspberries
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 4 cups of granola

Directions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt and Natural THC Agave Syrup in a bowl
  2. In 6 cups, alternate layers of berries and yogurt with yogurt as the top layer
  3. Add a layer of granola on top

6. Smoothie Bowl with Agave

Ingredients

Choice of:
  • Natural THC Agave Syrup (at your discretion)
  • Hometown Hero Gummy
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
Choice of 3 tbsp of:
  • Almond milk
  • Coconut milk
  • Orange juice
Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • Granola (your discretion)
  • Your favorite fruit (try mangos for added THC synergy)

Instructions

  1. Blend frozen berries and banana on low
  2. If you're using a gummy, add it in this step
  3. Add almond milk, coconut milk, or orange juice and blend on low
  4. If you're using agave, add it in this step
  5. Pour the mixture into two separate bowls
  6. Add your preferred toppings
Serve and enjoy (before it melts)!

7. Avocado Toast with Hot Agave and Chili Flakes

  • 1 avocado

  • Pinch of kosher salt

Directions
