Newbie here and was very nervous about trying these products. What have I been waiting for?? Very smooth and relaxing experience. Nothing too overwhelming. Helped with sleep and quieting all those nervous and anxious thoughts for a pleasant evening.

This is an absolutely brilliant product! I haven’t added it to food, only drinks. I mixed it with a Poppi, an iced tea and a crystal light type drink and all were great. There is zero detectable taste and I have no idea how they accomplished this miraculous feat. My friends and family are obsessed with these and requested them as stocking stuffers for Christmas! They are great for while watching Saturday college football or unwinding and relaxing before bed. Amazing product and I highly recommend it.
