I've never used more than one Dash serving in a day. I like that I can have Dash with me and use it slowly over a period of time instead of all at once. Recently, I was able to use this during a public sporting event that banned alcohol. I bought a water, added my Dash, and enjoyed the game pain free of my arthritis and enjoyed my time with friends without "feeling" high.

One of the things I miss when eating gummies is kind of the process of consumption. I add Dash to a bottle of water (it dissolves really easily) and then a pack of some kind of drink mix, and now I have a cocktail to sip while I watch TV or a movie. Since you're not taking it all in at once it comes on gradually and you can decide "OK that's enough" or "Time to mix another one." This is now my favorite HH product.
