First time use, works better than some of the others I have used. Taste is decent.

I'm not a big fan of caramel because it tends to stick to my teeth. However, I've found that if I let it chill in my mouth, which it does fairly quickly, it doesn't stick to my teeth. The effect is nice and comes on gradually for me. I find that I'm smiling more after taking it. LOL

I enjoy this product at the end of a busy productive day. It helps me unwind and relax. I sleep much better after calming down for a couple of hours before bed. My arthritis doesn't seem to bother me as much either.
