Most orders are shipped within one business day of being placed. If an order is placed before 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT), it will go out on the same day. An order placed on a Friday after 11:00 a.m. CT will not go out until Monday. Please see our full Shipping Policy for more information.

On the rare occasion that it takes longer than this, we'll reach out to you and let you know when to expect your package. If you don't see any updates from us, feel free to contact at store@hometownhero.com.

Note: We do not have our own delivery service, which means that once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of the USPS or UPS.

As soon as a shipping label is created for your order (typically within 2 days), you will receive an email with your tracking information. Alternatively, you will be able to access your tracking information in your Account on our website.

It depends on the type of product. Our Delta-9, CBD, and Delta-8 products are legal in almost every state. However, we do not ship to California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, or Oregon.
