There is definitely a lavender flavor to these but it’s not overpowering, just present. If I’m having difficulty falling asleep, I’ll grab one out of the nightstand and take it. Then, I don’t wake up until my alarm goes off in the morning, which is a freaking miracle as someone in perimenopause. If I don’t get sleep, I can’t function. These have zero hangover effects & just allow me to sleep through the night. Even when one of the dogs wake me up, I can still go back to sleep after taking this. I don’t feel any buzz or anything like that from these, like you feel from the drinks or gummies. You just get great sleep.
