I must admit, I haven't used these as frequently as I have the Relax tablets. I do take them back and forth to work with me, because that afternoon slump can be a bit much. So I do like having them in their cute little tin, more as an insurance policy than anything else. When I do take them, I'm pleased NOT to get a buzz or jittery feeling, like when I injest too much caffeine. These simply sharpen the edges the tiniest bit for me, which is the desired effect.
