Wow was first experience with Kava and it was super interesting! Once I got past the numbing of my tongue, no kidding I panicked here and googled this VERY NORMAL SIDE EFFECT, I relaxed into the experience and was surprised. I had built up some “weird sh**” type side effects of this type of product that just NEVER happened. What did happen was just a deep calming relaxing sensation that allowed me to tune in and focus more? I can’t actually describe it well but, I was able to accomplish some pretty boring paperwork and cleaning of cabinets while singing and dancing around like I was the next contestant on America’s Got Talent!
