It seems like the effects happen a little faster than with gummies, but I could be wrong. I love the relaxed feeling I get, without feeling like I could melt into the couch. The only negative would be the after taste (worth it for the results) and the box can be a little difficult to open (but that doesn't bother me). Definitely brings me to a happy place!
