The caramel is very pleasant tasting. We cut it in half and share one caramel. We love the effects of being chill with decreased pain. It starts to soften quickly in warmer temps. It gets very sticky if you put it in the refrigerator though. So I’m not sure of the best way to store it. I do like it and would recommend it
