Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups of mashed honey graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
You can also pick up a premade graham cracker pie crust at the grocery store. We don’t judge around here.Filling Ingredients
- Fridge-chilled 420 Key Lime Pie Gummies*
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 8oz cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 10z sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
*Chilling your gummies in the fridge will make them easier to cut up when we get to making the filling. This may take 1-3 hours. Use as many as based on your total milligram preference for the pie.
Directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl
- Press mixture into a 9” pie plate
- Chill the pie plate in your freezer
- Cut up fridge-chilled 420 Key Lime Pie Gummies into tiny pieces
- Place whipping cream into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff
- Place cream cheese, granulated sugar, and cut-up 420 Key Lime Pie Gummies in a different bowl, beat with an electric mixer until blended
- Add condensed milk, lime juice, and zest to the cheese, sugar, and gummy mixture and mix until smooth
- Add the whipped cream to the mixture and mix again
- Pour the combined mixture into the pie crust
- Leave the pie uncovered in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight
Note: Cover the pie after 1 day. This recipe can be made 2 days in advance.
Bonus Recipe: 420 Key Lime S’More
Okay, so this isn’t exactly a s’more per se, but we also don’t know what else to call it. Nonetheless, it requires even less effort but adds a bit more flavor and presentation to your holiday.
Ingredients:
- 1x 420 Key Lime Pie Gummy
- 1x Graham Cracker
- 1x scoop of whipped cream
Directions:
- Break apart a graham cracker into quarters
- Spread a scoop of whipped cream on one quarter
- Place 420 Key Lime Pie Gummy on top of the whipped cream
- Enjoy
Note: Great as a lone edible, but shines as a 420 hors d'oeuvres plate.
