There's no one right way to celebrate 4/20. Some people like to light one up at a local show, others may have a few drops of tincture while trekking in nature, and some are satisfied with having a gummy and watching a movie. But if it's been a while since you've celebrated, or if you need some brushing up, we've compiled several pro tips to help you prepare for the holiday.

1. Get Your Stash Delivered

It's the 21st century, and… cannabis prohibition is still a thing in some form or another. Like, really? Despite some states legalizing cannabis, classified as "marijuana" for medical and recreational purposes, federally, it is still a Schedule I Controlled Substance.

Then you also have states that are still issuing fines or throwing people in jail for the unspeakable crime of minding their own business and enjoying a plant to unwind.

But as you probably know, not all cannabis is classified as "marijuana." Hemp and its derived cannabinoids are federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill and also in most states (like here in Texas). Because it is federally legal, it can be shipped across state lines (unlike marijuana) and purchased with a credit card.

So what does that mean for you? It means your days of scrounging around for your 4/20 stash are over, my friend. You can get THC-infused gummies, tinctures, baked goods, or whatever delivered discreetly to your home without looking over your shoulder as long as the Delta-9 THC concentration is no more than 0.3% by dry weight (the federal limit).
