5 Creative Canna Cookie Hacks You Have to Try
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Place your cookie in a cast-iron skillet.
- Pop it in the oven for 5 mins.

Here’s how:
- Take your favorite ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for 5 mins.
- While you’re waiting, lay out a single layer of Canna Cookies, top side down, on a cookie sheet.
- When the ice cream is soft enough to easily scoop, put one scoop on each cookie. Use a knife or the back of a spoon to spread it out across the cookie.
- Place a second cookie on top. Gently push it down to secure.
- Place your cookie sandwiches back in the freezer for 15 mins or until firm.
- Cut into servings and enjoy!

- 2 Canna Cookies
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ cup chocolate melting wafers or candy melts
- Parchment paper
- Toothpicks

- Prepare a plate, lined with parchment paper.
- Remove each cookie from their wrap.
- Add the cookies and cream cheese to a food processor.
- Process until it starts to come together, about 30 seconds. (You can also crumble the cookie into a bowl and use a fork to mash it up with the cream cheese until a dough-like consistency is achieved.)
- Roll into balls. You should get about 5 balls total.
- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate (or candy wafers) in the microwave.
- Stick a toothpick into each ball, dip it into the melted chocolate, and roll until covered.
- Place it on the prepared parchment paper and allow to harden.
- Remove the toothpick and serve!
