What You Need to Know
On June 22, 2025, Governor Greg Abbott vetoed SB3, stopping a statewide ban on hemp-derived THC in Texas. This was a major win—but the fight isn’t over. With a Special Session beginning July 21, lawmakers could bring the issue back. Now more than ever, it’s important to raise our voices to protect hemp, protect small businesses, and protect the rights of Texans who rely on these products for wellness and relief.
