Dan Patrick, the bill claims to only ban “intoxicating” products—but it effectively bans all hemp-derived THC like Delta-8, Delta-9, and HHC in gummies, drinks, and vapes through impossible testing rules. We’re calling on everyone who opposes this to come together, take a stand, and help protect access to legal hemp in Texas.
