Love that this works quickly, and I can add it to so many things, and it doesn't alter the taste.

We use these for restful sleep and I think our tolerance stayed within the guidelines on the back (the nutritional / dosing info) for at least two bags. After that, we slightly increased the dose (which is a little tiny piece) - meaning 1 bag lasts you longer than you think. So, definitely go by the doses and not how many gummies are in the bag because you're probably not popping a full gummy, lol.
