I love these gummies! I usually take 1/4 if I want to just unwind in the evening and let my mind relax. I get such good sleep! Sometimes I'll take 1/8 if I want to be a little more social and outgoing, but without the "high" feeling and the dry eyes/mouth. Highly recommend!
