I believe that I've found my go-to sleep aid! Since I'm a micro-doser a 1/4 gummy works just fine. Also, the faster onset allows me to dose closer to bedtime rather than earlier in the evening. I've used MANY HH products and this one is by far the best for restful sleep; my smartwatch sleep scores & clear-headed awakenings seem to bear this out. No longer have to rely on caffeine to clear a foggy/groggy head in the morning. (Your mileage may vary.)

Best tasting, smooth, take the whole thing or just a nibble.. its all about what you need and want. Come in a can so taking a nibble putting it back for later is no issue. I like these a lot! Food for thought... can you dived the carmels up in small doses in the same tin? Either way.. I will be sending these to my father to help him with his health pains. I will get on ever order.

I have chronic ankle, knee and hip pain after a bad car accident. This product works better than any pain medications without the horrible side effects. Microdosing is the key here. A quarter of one gummy is all I need to take the edge of my most severe pains. No hang over or grogginess or nausea like you get with prescription pain meds.
