What I do (this isn't advice): I put the gummy in the freezer until it hardens. After it hardens, I slice what I want with a chef knife. Then, to seal the sticky edge of the cut gummy, I sprinkle it with arrowroot powder, and put it back in the package. A nice relaxing buzz, not too intense, puts a smile on your face.

Helps get me to sleep and stay asleep!! Works better than getting prescription meds. !
