The taste takes some getting used to but I did get used to it and after a few doses over the coarse of sperate doses one rack night for 3 nights I grew to to like the taste. The effects are great I use them for sleep and since these have No Sugar that's a plus. To go to sleep I take “1” whole sugar free 20mg gummy and “1” 50mg Rest Capsule and that puts me to sleep better than a sleep-aid AKA (big pharma❌).
