This was an interesting purchase for me, I bought it for my husband and he ultimately said it wasn’t as effective as his melatonin, so we left it on the shelf for awhile. My friend eventually used it during a visit one day, and said it really chilled them out, so I think this may work on a more case by case basis. So it’s worth a try!
