Ver4y nice and nicely potent. Slept well and relaxed. Warning though. A friend took a whole one and was REALLY effected. So as usually noted, try a 4th of one first--even smaller if you have no tollerance. I, on the other hand, take one and go right to sleep (in about 40 minutes) and sleep all night peacefully with proper balance of REM/deep/light sleep.
