I am a 7x marathoner and was hesitant to try as I was in a major training cycle. I spoke to my coach, and she said to try and see, as we were early enough in the training, that if there were any adverse effects, we could counter them. I had NO issues, but the taste was not fun! At first, I thought it was chewable or dissolvable (ICK!) but then realized it was a pill - better, but there was a bit of an aftertaste. Small price to pay for the desired effect.
Seems decent. I needed a little help in the morning and I took the energize ones for a week. Seemed to help. I think longer term use of this trio would yield better benefits.
I use this for running and it was a great way to be more comfortable n my long runs!
