I am a 7x marathoner and was hesitant to try as I was in a major training cycle. I spoke to my coach, and she said to try and see, as we were early enough in the training, that if there were any adverse effects, we could counter them. I had NO issues, but the taste was not fun! At first, I thought it was chewable or dissolvable (ICK!) but then realized it was a pill - better, but there was a bit of an aftertaste. Small price to pay for the desired effect.
Seems decent. I needed a little help in the morning and I took the energize ones for a week. Seemed to help. I think longer term use of this trio would yield better benefits.
I use this for running and it was a great way to be more comfortable n my long runs!
These tabs are herbal and use natural herbs with the THC to help create that calming effect. These are great to take in between another gummy or taffy. In my case I eat a taffy and that last awhile and then as I start noticing the pain set back I take one of these tabs and it seems to help. Overall this is a great product

Love the runners bundle. I wish you had a fourth product in the Orca lineup, A 2mg tablet that is water soluble like the others but contains no B or other vitamins.
