It acts pretty quickly, and it's a microdose, so it's ideal for a post-workout recovery so you can get back to your day or evening. I will be ordering again soon.
Excellent way to recover from a long run or tough workout. I can go about my day less sore and eliminate the need for OTC pain relievers which can be harsh on our bodies. I'm able to engage is all daily tasks with more enthusiasm and focus. My back and shoulder pain "melts away" with 15 to 20 mins. I take two ORCA Recovery tablets before my hot shower after completing my run, cycle and weights and feel amazing the remainder of the day. Gentle relaxing effects, have never felt "impaired" as that is not my intention as my days are quite busy as I complete my degree and prepare to begin graduate school. Definitely recommend!
I have purchased all of the orca microdose line and use at different times of the day. They help with pain, these don’t have any caffeine so I can take anytime. They are a perfect dose for anyone looking for the relaxing benefits without the high. I will continue to purchase these.
