Pleasant, not overwhelming
I'm not a big fan of pills of any kind. I have not tried them all yet. It's a great sampler to give you an idea of which you might find helpful to you. I was looking for something with a bit of energy and focus. It helped me out.

I have trouble falling asleep some days thinking of all the chores I have to do or forgot to do that day. It's nice to get a good night's sleep.

The morning tabs seemed to work, which surprised me. I felt a difference and had a good workout. The midday ones didn’t do anything noticeable. The night ones seemed to help me relax and fall asleep but I’d have to try more than a sample pack to verify. So…maybe it’ll work for you?
